Who inspires you to share kindness with others? Why are they an inspiration?
Honestly, people like you are my inspiration. Also, I’m blessed to come from family that shows me so many acts of kindness my entire life, I feel it’s only right to pay it forward to others. My PLN is so kind; they are source of daily inspiration for me. They let me know everyday that there are beautiful souls in the world that are here to do the heart work that our students-and the world-needs. Being kind is a courageous act.
What’s an example of kindness you share with others?
I am intentional about every tweet I send out…I use twitter to plant seeds of kindness. I tag people and encourage others to tag/share the good news. Also, I put take what you need slips around my workplace-it’s so fun seeing people stop and pick one (or two). I participate in Random Acts of Kindness by paying for the person in behind me-their lunch, a coffee…it’s so fun being kind! It’s energy for my soul.
What advice would you give to others who are trying to cultivate kindness in the world?
Do it one kind word, email, act at a time
