One of the best way to cultivate kindness in children is to provide opportunities for them to experience kindness in their own lives. In addition to engaging in acts of kindness (both as the giver and receiver), reading about acts of kindness also stimulates the mind and provides cognitive connections for unique and powerful ways to make this world a better place.
